Instructors:
Amy Roberts has been providing counseling as an LCSW in the healthcare setting since 2000. In 2018, she received her Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training. She has been conducting 6 week Mindfulness for Health Classes with cancer patients since that time. She understands firsthand the challenges in managing hectic workplace settings, family obligations, and self care, which is why she is so excited to teach practical, everyday approaches to mindfulness and meditation.
Wendy Fisk
Wendy has been a massage therapist for over 10 years and has seen the amount of stress we put our bodies through. If we take care of ourselves, we can help our bodies accomplish so much more than we realize: mind, body, and soul. Through her own personal experience, she has found that yoga can not only help relieve aches and pains of all kinds, but can also help prevent them. Wendy completed her 200 hour teacher training in the summer of 2016.
